Asiimwe Norman is the founding president and CEO of Emmanuel Discipleship Academy. He carries the vision of EDA with a clarity and passion that has shaped every aspect of the Academy, from its discipleship model to its campus culture. As the primary leader of the organization, Norman oversees the strategic direction, program delivery, and day-to-day operations of EDA, working closely with the board, management team, and each cohort of disciples.

His heart for discipleship is personal, rooted in his own experience of being invested in and his conviction that the same investment, multiplied through the right people, can transform communities across Uganda and beyond.
